WiMax Tender Price 52,35 Billion Rupiah, DNI Only Applied for Limited Company

The total reserved price for 15 zones of broadband wireless access (BWA) or WiMax tender reached 52.35 billion rupiah. The number was only one third of additional 3G frequency tender. Tender participants could have the information on the reserved price, of which announcement was delayed for many weeks, started on Friday last week. Around 10 of 73 participants had taken the information document until last weekend. The Chairman of WiMax tender Committee Tulus Rahardjo stated that Economic Ministry had decided that List of Negative Investment (DIN) rule did not apply to companies registered in Indonesian stock market.
