PLN-Operator Tariff Negotiation Dead lock

Eight telecommunication operators insisted to pay electricity tariff according to the bill of the previously agreed effective 120 hours. The operators could not accept State Electricity Company (PLN) Batam area that expanded the effective hours into 360. This was one of the results of negotiation between PLN Batam and eight operators regarding electricity tariff increase yesterday. The eight operators in question were Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom). Telekomunikasi Seluler (Telkomsel), Indosat, Excelcomindo Pratama, Bakrie Telecom (Esia).
