CONSORTIUM REQUEST POSTPONEMENT - Government ask Palapa Ring build on August

Palapa Ring consortium members submitted the letter to Depkominfo request for more time up to November this year to start the mega project. Meanwhile, government sticks to the original plan of starting the fiber optic network development in East Indonesia started by August 2009. (Investor Daily, pg 24)
