Telecommunication industry has become one of dynamic sector in Indonesia. Cellular market in Indonesia potentially scores high. However, with cellular user grows high enough, cellular penetration level in Indonesia pretty low for only 53% a the end of 2008. (Investor Daily, pg 4)
