Telkom Dividend 5,84 trillion rupiah

Telekomunikasi Indonesia's Share Holder Annual Meeting, held on Friday (12/6), decided that 5,84 trillion rupiah or 55% of the company's net profit would serve as cash dividend. The decision had implied that investors would receive 296,94 rupiah per stock. In the meantime, Indosat's Limited Share Holder Meeting (RUPSLB), held on Thursday (10/6), decided that 900 billion rupiah, or 50% of the company's nett profit in 2008 would serve as dividend. It means, the dividend for each Indosat's stock valued 172.85 rupiah. In addition, Indosat's RUPSLB also appointed Harry Sasongko Tirtotjondro as Indosat President Director started on 11 August 2009.
