Tanri Abeng & Cs. will step down after the presidential election

The composition of Telkom’s Board of Directors will not change until after the 2009 presidential election is concluded. The main consideration is that the Director should be able to concentrate in delivering the target of more than 50% dividend. “This year’s Shareholders Assembly will not change the Directors until the conclusion of the presidential election.
