Indosat Gain 11 Awards

Contact Centre PT Indosat Tbk gained 11 awards in the event of Best Contact Center Indonesia 2009. Indosat received six awards for individual and five for corporate categories. Valuation is delivered by judges from call center practitioners, independent judge and international judges from Asia Pacific Customer Service (APCS) and Hong Kong Call Center Association (HKCCA).
