XL Want to Take Indosat Position

Excelcomindo Pratama (XL) had commitment to be the second biggest operator, moving Indosat from its recent position. At the end of last year, XL had owned 16.500 BTS. Telkomsel remained in the top with 27 thousands BTS, while Indosat only had 14.162 BTS. Yet, XL had less customers compared to Telkomsel and Indosat. (Investor Daily, pg 24)
