Fiber-Optical Telecommunication System Completed by 2009

Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON +), PLN subsidiary company, was optimistic that the establishment of Sumatra - Java- Bali - Lombok optical-fiber telecommunication system would be completed by October 2009 with total investment of more than 375 billion rupiah.
