VP Director PT Bakrie Telecom (BTEL) Tbk Erik Meijer (right) received platinum award for Best Business Contribution category in the event of The Best Contact Center 2009, in Jakarta. BTEL by its Esia, Wlfone and Wimode products has gain also other six categories. (Rakyat Merdeka, pg 14)
